Connie and Meeka Connie has critiqued and edited academic, personal and manuscripts intended for publication for aspiring writers of all ages. She thoroughly enjoys reading another writer's work and tries to be as helpful as possible in making it better and closer to publication. She has worked with writers of poetry, picture books, non-fiction for children and adults, middle grade and young adult fiction.

When she considers a manuscript, she writes comments in the margins, and then thoughtfully composes a detailed letter that will stress the positive aspects of the work, in addition to suggestions for improving the content and presentation.

For a shorter manuscript of ten or fewer pages, the fee is $90. For two manuscripts of this size, the discounted fee is $140.00. For longer manuscripts, please write to me, describing the project and your goals for it. This could include your thoughts on markets, photos or other information that could be helpful in providing feedback.
